What Women Think “In the Stirrups” [Video]

Melanie Notkin, an expert on the interests of women, who has written in the New York Times, Huffington Post and Psychology Today.com, and Dr. Amiee Holland, a women’s health Nurse Practitioner, discuss with Health Power’s President, Dr. Goodwin, what women think about before their GYN examination (such as whether to wear socks or not) vs what they really need to think about.

First and foremost, they need to think about the importance of having an annual GYN examination – yes, it’s best to have an annual “stirrup time”, and to plan in advance what questions to ask their Health practitioner, such as how often to get a pap smear and an HPV (human papillomavirus) test.
