Oysters with Rice Wine Vinaigrette

6 tablespoons grapeseed oilOysters with Rice Wine Vinaigrette
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
12 Virginia Oysters for each
1 tablespoon chives, chopped


To make vinaigrette, mix oils, lemon juice, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and ginger. Spoon vinaigrette over shucked oysters and garnish with chives.
